30-day return window

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Contact us before sending any return so we can confirm the correct return instructions.

Return conditions

• Items should be unused, clean and returned in their original packaging where possible.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
• For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we will help arrange a suitable solution.
