These terms apply when you browse logichome.cc or place an order with Logic Home.

General

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time.

Prices and currency

All prices are shown in AUD. Prices include GST where applicable. We may update product prices, promotions or availability without notice.

Product information

We aim to show product details, images, sizes and descriptions clearly. Small differences in colour, size or packaging may occur due to photography, screen settings or supplier updates.

Orders

After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may contact you if we need to confirm details, correct an error or cancel/refund an unavailable item.

Payment

At launch, payment is accepted through PayPal checkout. Payment providers may have their own terms and security checks.

Shipping

Orders ship from Sydney, Australia. Standard shipping is $7 AUD for orders under $59 AUD and free for orders $59 AUD and over. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch, although remote areas and carrier delays may take longer.

Returns and refunds

Please read our Returns Policy before sending anything back. Contact us first so we can confirm the correct return instructions.

Customer responsibilities

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Australian consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Logic Home's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.
