Where orders ship from

Orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia, using Australia Post or another tracked Australian carrier.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery time

Most Australian orders arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch. Regional and remote areas may take longer.

Shipping rates

• Orders under $59 AUD: $7 AUD flat shipping.
• Orders $59 AUD and over: free standard shipping.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent by email where available. If you cannot find your tracking email, use our Track Order page or contact us with your order number.
